Small Group Sessions
Join our small groups (4 to 5 clients) for the best hour of your day. In these sessions the group is lead by a trainer though a warmup, workout, and cool down. There’s lots of variety that develops your abilities and strength in a progressive and safe way.

Individual Training
Get private access to your Trainer. You get a personalized workout plan and a lot of accountability in a non-intimidating environment. helping you reach your goals. Great if you are training around injuries, or need to work around your schedule.
About Mt. Olympos Fitness
The training at Mt. Olympos Fitness is based on the principals of General Physical Preparedness (GPP) which is all about building a solid foundation of fitness that will open up many exciting opportunities to use your fitness.
We focus on Functional Movement and include strength, conditioning, mobility and balance work as primary pillars of our program.
We want to see as many people as possible to being able to move well and be physically able for as long as possible, giving them the freedom to choose how to express their fitness. Our smaller group sizes allow for a lower coach to athlete ratio which makes for a more personalized experience.
Who are we a great fit for? If you are just starting your fitness and have curious about functional movement or if you have been looking for a gym with balanced programming we’d love to see you.
